Nominations are now open for the South Yorkshire Sport Young Coach of the Year Award for 2014.
South Yorkshire Sport is looking to recognise the achievements of dedicated young sport coaches aged 16-25 years (by 31st August 2015) delivering sport sessions.
If you know of a great, inspirational coach who is coaching disability sport in South Yorkshire who deserves recognition for their commitment to and achievement in sports coaching we want to hear from you.
Please complete the application form telling us about the coach and why the coach you are nominating deserves to be the South Yorkshire Sport Young Coach of The Year 2014. This may include their dedication to sport through their hours of delivery, the passion and inspiration they provide to others or from their athletes achievements be it getting involved in sport for the first time to winning the Cup Final! We want to hear about them and reward their hard work and dedication to sports coaching.
The winner will then be put forward to the Sports Coach UK 2015 National Awards!
