Sheffield Hallam University Youth Training Programme for Football
The 'Full 90' Football Conditioning program is a 10 week course run by Sheffield Hallam University's Centre for Sport and Exercise Science department. The program includes weekly sessions to help improve young people's football performance, however the sessions will also be generic in nature and therefore improve the young people's overall sporting ability and improve their health at the same time. I've listed some of the benefits below:
• Improved sporting performance (football and others).
• Improved general health and fitness.
• Improved knowledge of physical training and nutrition.
• Improved movement patterns, including ABC's and fundamental movement skills.
• Improved physical literacy, confidence, self-esteem and others.
• Includes testing and feedback to show them their improvements and areas for improvement.
I've also attached a poster with some more information. I'd really appreciate it if you could support us with this program, as the benefits for young people are extremely high. If you have any questions or want to speak to me further about our program please don't hesitate to contact me by email or phone (07450287536).
