New Roles Available Within The League
The Sheffield & District Junior Sunday League is looking for an outgoing and highly motivated individuals to join the league committee.
A number of different roles are available - click on the document below for a job description for each role.
You must be organised and have good communication skills, with the ability to work under your own initiative. This post also requires the successful applicant to be confident in using Microsoft Office programmes and email.
Pay: Volunteering role, out of pocket expenses will be paid plus a small honorarium

About the League
The Sheffield & District Junior Sunday League is the biggest youth football league in Europe with over 12,000 boys and girls registered and counts England’s Gary Cahill, cricketing legend Michael Vaughan and Jamie Cook of the Arctic Monkeys amongst its former players.
Since its inception in 1969, the Sheffield & District Junior Sunday League has proved itself as a footballing force to be reckoned with. Over 20 million hits on the FA League website, makes the League the most visited League on the FA Full Time system.
The 2014/15 season saw over 8,000 fixtures taking place. In recent years the League has won a number of awards and last year was Highly Commended by the Football Association in the Charter Standard of Year Awards.
In 2014 the League formed a partnership agreement with The Children’s Hospital Charity. The partnership with The Children’s Hospital Charity is the first of its kind in youth football.
