League survey report
The October League survey report is now out. Thank you to all those who contributed.
Summary of Actions:
League to look at ...
• trialling spectators reporting respect scores.
• including a reminder in the weekly email to League referees about refs recording respect scores.
• respect low score reports going directly to the appropriate League welfare officer and not just the age-group registrar.
• look at club welfare officers doing a visit of their teams and reporting back to the League.
• some form of incentive scheme for referees who do a number of fixtures within the League.
• putting on a Adults In Junior Football Workshop to aid 'parent/spectator' behaviour.
• the concept of encouraging all players to take over the running of a club/team and the League for a week or day.
• creating a database for clubs to share resources.
• long service recognition to players, club officials.
• setting up a secure forum/network online for CWO to share ideas and support
• a scheme for clubs to sign up to be a League positive voice club.
• arranging a Club Welfare Officer meeting.
• the match watchers mystery shopping scheme and see how this can be further developed.
• respect marshal scheme.
The aim of the survey was to help develop the League further, so thank you to those who took time to contribute.
